The police in Westmoreland have charged a father with incest.
He was taken into custody on Tuesday and was charged yesterday.
He is to go to court to answer the charge.
Allegations are that the father engaged in sexual acts with his teen daughter over a period of time.
The alleged acts were subsequently uncovered, and a report was filed with the police.
Following an investigation, he was arrested and charged.
