The police are probing a deadly attack in Mandeville, Manchester, in which two persons were gunned down inside a taxi on Saturday evening.
The deceased have been identified as 24 year-old Deneekia Pounall, a nursing student of Heartease and Sadefa Henry, 21, a resident of Greenvale.
It’s reported that a man, posing as a passenger, boarded the vehicle in Mandeville’s town centre.
The taxi was en route to Royal Flat when the man reportedly requested a stop at a section of the road known as Horse Shoe Curve, and exited the vehicle. It’s reported that he then pulled a firearm and opened fire inside the vehicle, hitting both passengers.
It’s not known how many passengers were in the vehicle, or who was the intended target.
