A high-powered weapon and several rounds of ammunition were seized during an operation in Greenwich Farm, St. Andrew, on Thursday.
The St. Andrew South Police say an AR-15 rifle with 31 rounds of ammunition and two magazines were recovered in an open lot.
The police seized the firearm and ammunition on 7th Street.
No one was arrested in relation to the seizure.
