The group, charged in connection with a high-profile double murder involving Member of Parliament Phillip Paulwell’s child and her mother, is scheduled to return to court on January 26 next year for a plea and case management hearing.

At Wednesday’s proceedings, the court was informed that the indictment has been finalised and electronically uploaded.

Prior to the adjournment, possible trial dates were reserved for September 26 and November 23 in 2026.

Ms. Bradshaw, a US navy officer who shares a child with Mr. Paulwell, is charged along with her cousin Roland Balfour, alleged triggerman David Smith and Bjorn Black.

All four accused appeared via video conferencing and were remanded by Justice Vinette Grahan Allen.
